We at Green Republic realize that one size fits all rarely actually does. There are instances where there are limits on the resources of space, money and desire where the Full Café concept is not warranted. For this we have created two distinct models for Green Republic. Our Smoothie and Juice Bar concept, ideal for a small, high traffic area, or a specific needs placements area such as a gym, pool, cinema, or health food store. Our Full Service Café concept is where the complete, multi revenue, comprehensive take out and delivery platform is realized.

Smoothie and Juice Bar

• Franchise fee is $3,000.
• Model can be operated from as small as 50 sq ft to as large as 200 sq ft with a limited build out.
• Over 25 proven recipes for a wide range of tastes from classics, tropical, greens, indulgent and low calorie. Increased revenue from high profit additives such as proteins, muscle builders, immunity boosters and the like.
• All varieties are non - dairy smoothies using soy or almond milk limit caloric intake as well as providing vitamins and minerals not found in traditional milk.
• Low overhead required for operation and start up as well as limited staffing required.
• Perfect adjunct concept for an existing business to leverage existing traffic and increase and convert into higher revenue. (Ie. Gym, health food store, coffee shop, etc.)

Full Service Café

• Franchise fee is $8,000.
• Model can be operated from as small as 500 sq ft to as large as 1,500 sq ft.
• Concept can be either 100% take out or a combination of take out plus limited seating. (under 50 seats)
• Proven successful menu with a very wide range to appeal to a wide range of tastes and customizable to a variety of dietary needs and restrictions for allergies, religious reasons, etc.
• Minimal kitchen investment as there is no hood or fire suppression system required. Most landlords prefer this business model due to a lack of disruption to other tenants and to their owned space.
• All of your prepared foods are provided for you by our Green Republic (Rice bowls, cold cuts, burger patties, etc.). This allows you to focus your efforts on the customer experience, marketing, and growing your business, not on running a full service kitchen.
• Buy local. We have national deals with vendors that you would be party to for fresh produce, cheeses, artisan breads, etc that will reinforce you as a local business and a part of the community.
• Breakfast options are available and encouraged to increase your customer traffic and ultimately your profits.
• Artisan beer and wine selections are also encouraged in accordance with local licensing regulatory requirements.
